We want you to love your Rachel Jackson pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Rachel Jackson gift box and use the original shipping mailer to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
